About the job

As an IT Manager – Internal IT & Infrastructure (f/m/d) at HOLOGATE, you are responsible for ensuring the secure and reliable operation of our entire IT landscape, including servers, networks, and Microsoft 365. You support employees with technical issues, coordinate external IT service providers, and actively drive the further development of our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a stable and secure operation of the internal IT environment
  • Administer and maintain server, network, and client systems
  • Manage Microsoft 365, user accounts, access rights, and IT licenses
  • Oversee IT security, backup, and recovery processes
  • Coordinate external IT service providers and provide user support
  • Plan, implement, and document IT projects and IT processes

Key Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in system administration or IT support, ideally in a leadership role
  • Completed vocational training or degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments, networking, and IT security
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
  • Strong service mindset and communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English
