Technical Project Manager - XR Solutions (f/d/m)

As a Technical Project Manager - XR Solutions (f/m/d), you will take ownership of the technical coordination of our XR system platforms while keeping the overall system architecture in view. You will coordinate requirements, dependencies, and changes across hardware, operating systems, drivers, networks, software, and peripherals.

You will support new components and technologies throughout the entire process—from evaluation and integration to validation and technical approval. Acting as the central technical interface, you will work closely with Software Development, Product Management, Operations, Integration Teams, and external technology partners.

• You plan and manage the technical development of our XR systems, with a focus on stability, scalability, and the entire system lifecycle.
• You evaluate new hardware, infrastructure, and platform technologies and support their implementation.
• You ensure technical compatibility between operating systems, drivers, graphics cards, network components, software, and peripheral devices.
• You coordinate technical requirements, changes, and dependencies across software, hardware, product, and integration teams and assess potential technical risks.
• You plan and coordinate integration, compatibility, validation, and acceptance testing.
• You manage technical collaboration with external technology partners and hardware manufacturers.
• You define and continuously develop technical standards, documentation, and lifecycle processes.

• You have several years of experience in technical project management involving complex IT, system, or platform solutions.
• You have a strong technical understanding and can assess the interactions and dependencies between hardware, operating systems, drivers, software, and infrastructure.
• You are familiar with Windows-based systems, hardware platforms, and technical infrastructure and have experience introducing new hardware, driver, or platform technologies.
• You work in a structured and independent manner, confidently coordinate a variety of stakeholders, and can communicate technical topics clearly and effectively.
• You have very good to business-fluent German and English language skills.
